Conbar House offers a fully manned reception where visitors will be greeted and directed to their required destination.
A message taking service is in operation to make sure you are always in when you're out. Incoming mail is delivered to your desk on a daily basis and outgoing mail can be franked using the franking service, at less cost than buying stamps, through the staff in reception which will then be delivered to the post office on a nightly basis. The franking service will be added to your account for the next months invoice.
Similarly photocopying and inbound / outbound faxing services are on offer and these also will be added to your account and invoiced in the following month.
We have recently re-structured and re-fitted our large kitchen facility where tenants may prepare food and drinks. The kitchen has a microwave appliance for heating up food and drink.
There is a large Conference Room facility at Conbar House capable of seating 10 people comfortably round the conference table and more people seated around the room. The conference area also has the added advantage, to Conbar House tenants using the service, of free WiFi. The Conference Room is available free of charge to all tenants, subject to availability, and may be booked in advance.
The offices are cleaned every day as part of the service and all the public areas are cleaned and replenished with consumables as required.
